Ms. O'Neil is a Master level Social Worker as well as a licensed Master level Educator in the State of Connecticut. Her educational and occupational experiences are an asset to her work with youth, families and the community. Ms. O'Neil's therapeutic training at Columbia University has helped shape her unique therapeutic approach which applies current research and draws from Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral Therapies and EMDR tailored to the needs of each client.
